Package Includes
  1. 03 nights accommodation at the mentioned hotel or similar category of alternate hotels.
  2. Meal plan: Daily buffet breakfast at all the hotels.
  3. All transfers, city tours, and transport services by A/C vehicle.
  4. All India tourist permit vehicle as per the itinerary, including road taxes, parking fees, fuel charges, and interstate taxes.

Located just half a km away from the Pital Factory, this 3Star deluxe hotel maintains 46 rooms with contemporary decor. A multi-cuisine fare can be relished at he Mint Restaurant, which is open for service 24hours. There is also a conference hall for official functions and can accommodate a gathering of 500 people. Guest amenities include: airport transportation on surcharge, laundry service and Internet facility to stay connected to the World.

  2. The services of a vehicle are not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary.
  3. Guide fees, safari charges, camera fees, park & monument entrances, tips to drivers, etc.
  4. Visa charges, medical & travel insurance.
  5. Internal airfare, if any, mentioned in the itinerary.
  6. Tourism tax, if any, will be applicable extra.
  7. Items of personal nature like laundry, telephone calls, room service charges, soft drinks and hard drink charges, etc.
  8. Room heater charges at hill stations, table drinks, tips, etc.
  9. GST & TCS (International tours).
  10. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, or any factors beyond control.
  11. The payments for additional services taken at the hotel are to be settled directly at the hotel, like room heater charges.
  12. Surcharges extra for late night arrivals/early morning departures, if any (2000hrs to 0700hrs).
  13. High and peak season supplement costs on long weekends/festive dates.
  14. Mandatory supplement cost or Gala dinner cost on long weekends, events, exhibition dates, or specific festive dates like Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year period, etc., will be borne by guests directly.
  15. Any kind of personal expenses or optional tours/extra meals ordered.

Cancellation Policy:

Terms and Conditions:
  1. Package valid only for Indian nationals.
  2. Air tickets and hotels are subject to availability.
  3. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
  4. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Aadhar Card, and Passport. Without valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  5. All transfers and sightseeing are as per the itinerary/package, and in case of air-conditioned vehicles, it will be switched off in the hills.
  6. Non A/C rooms will be provided in hill stations.
  7. The inclusion of an extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
  8. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1300hrs, and the standard check-out time is 1000hrs.
  9. Any kind of personal expenses (e.g., laundry, room service) or optional tours/extra meals are not included in the package cost.
  10. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. EBIX Travels Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any check-in denied due to this reason.
  11. In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotels, a similar category hotel will be provided.
  12. EBIX Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the offer at its own discretion without prior notice.
  13. A mandatory Gala dinner supplement on Christmas and New Year periods will be borne by the guest directly.
  14. EBIX Travels Pvt. Ltd. will not bear any cost for flight cancellations or delays due to bad weather or other reasons given by the airline.
  15. Accommodation and transport costs in such cases will be borne by the passenger.
  16. There will be no refund for roadblocks en route due to natural calamities. The alternate accommodation cost will be borne by the passenger directly.
  17. No refund or compensation will be provided for any unused services or transport under any circumstance.
  18. Room allotment will be based on availability at check-in. Floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
  19. Food menus will be based on the availability of vegetables, with buffet or fixed menus.
  20. Hotel or camp names mentioned only indicate that our rates are based on their usage. Accommodation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us. If unavailable, we will arrange alternate accommodation at a similar or the next best hotel and adjust the rate difference accordingly.
  21. Prices are valid for selected dates only.
  22. We are not responsible for changes in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the passenger.
  23. Package pricing is based on the correct age. Booking with incorrect age may incur penalties later.
  24. E-tickets and vouchers will be sent 2 days before the departure date.

We are not holding any rooms or airline seats as of now and above mentioned is quote only , subject to availability at the time of confirmation . First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the similar or next available option with supplement cost . Itinerary provided is just suggestive and the sightseeing will be done as per availability. In case of no show or late cancellation after reconfirmation charges applicable as per the Hotels Policy and other vendors policy.
