- Rates are valid for Indian passport holders only, with passports valid for at least six months (or as required) from the date of travel.
- Air tickets and hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- The cost is based on a minimum of 2 adults traveling together. Surcharges for single passengers opting for a single occupancy room will be advised at the time of booking.
- For computation purposes, the rate of exchange is based on the prevailing rate, making the prices dynamic.
- The rates are not valid during long weekends, exhibitions, conventions, special events, trade fairs, festive dates, and blackout dates. Supplement costs will apply and will be determined at the time of booking.
- The rates are subject to the availability of services (hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours, and transfers) at the time of booking. An alternate hotel of equal or higher standard may be used, and if more expensive, a re-quote will be provided based on the higher rates.
- International check-in time is generally between 1400 - 1600 hours, and check-out time is between 1000 - 1200 hours. Early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Transfers included in the package do not include night surcharges.
- Seat-in-coach airport transfers operate between 0700hrs - 2200hrs. Transfers between 2300hrs - 0700hrs will require private arrangements with an additional supplement per service per person.
- All sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies, and their timings and days of operation may change. Any changes will be communicated at the time of booking.
- All sightseeing tours are subject to weather conditions, and local providers have the right to cancel tours without prior notice.
- Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges, which will be advised at the time of cancellation.
- As standard practice, international hotels may take a security deposit at check-in. This is usually blocked on the client’s credit card or paid in cash. The amount varies by hotel and is refunded at check-out. Debit cards should not be used, as charges are applied immediately and refunds may take 2-3 weeks.
